High School League_

Helix’s High School League is the first-ever in-person high school eSports league in the United States.

Our league focuses on the development of the players and aims to teach essential team-building fundamentals, communication methods and social skills. As we all know, not every player can be a pro, so our league provides exposure to those students who wish to be involved “behind the scenes” of high-level esports competitions as well. These students will be fully immersed in the world of streaming, shout casting, blogging, stream engineering, marketing & social-media development, team management and event production.

Finally, leveraging our connections throughout the esports industry, we have college coaches from across the USA recruiting players for scholarships in their esports programs. Our goal is connect as many high school students with college programs to continue on their educational and esports career.

We kicked off our first season in the Fall of 2019 in North Bergen, New Jersey for Hudson County.

Our program allows students in the Hudson County area to practice in our state-of-the-art center and compete face-to-face against other schools on game day. Currently competition is played across Overwatch, Fortnite, Rocket League, League of Legends, and Super Smash Ultimate (duos).

Whether you have an established club at your school or are just starting, Helix specializes in enabling schools at every point of their esports adoption curve.
